In some cases deep wrinkles, acne scars, age spots, crows feet, droopy eyelids, sun-damage warts, enlarged pores, sagging skin.

What is most important about Erbium laser resurfacing is that it is designed for minimal burning of the tissue which means less aggressive resulting in fewer side effects such as redness, swelling, and bruising.

Recovery:
Recovery takes around 7 days following treatment.

Although Erbium skin resurfacing can treat pigmentation and dark spots, consult with your physician to determine if you are a good candidate for the Erbium Laser Resurfacing.

Preparing for your treatment:
You will consult with your Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon to determine if you are a good candidate.
Laser resurfacing can trigger breakouts in patients at risk for cold sores and fever blisters. Be sure to notify your Dr. during consultation.

There is no overnight stay, laser resurfacing is an outpatient procedure.

It will take Approximately 45 minutes-two hours depending on the surface being treated.

Your Dr. Will go over after care following your procedure for optimum healing and results.

According to the American Board of Cosmetic Surgeons it may be best to get this procedure during fall or winter to minimize sun exposure.
